Business Development Manager - Project Sales (Ahmedabad)

Job Description

Business Development Manager – Project Sales responsible for driving project sales and business development activities in the assigned territory. The role involves building strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, façade consultants and government departments while promoting ALSTONE's range of ACP Sheets, HPL Sheets, Louvers, Honeycomb Panels, Zinc Composite Panels and Glass products.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive project sales and achieve business targets in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, façade consultants and key stakeholders.
  • Promote ALSTONE products and secure specifications in upcoming projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities through territory mapping and market development activities.
  • Coordinate with distributors and channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and project pipelines.
  • Ensure effective communication among stakeholders for smooth project execution.
  • Support government and institutional projects by meeting required specifications and project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Sales, Building Materials or Business Development.
  • Prior experience in ACP, HPL, Cladding, Façade, Glass or Construction Industry preferred.
  • Strong network with architects, consultants, builders and contractors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Graduation preferred.
